Enable closed captions

Ausmed is committed to making high-quality training accessible to all members of the healthcare workforce. To cater to our diverse audience, we currently support closed captions in multiple languages for training modules on our website.

Captions in your preferred language can help clarify complex terms and instructions, improving comprehension and retention of the material. They are currently available in the following languages:

  • English
  • Arabic (ar)
  • Greek (el)
  • Hindi (hi)
  • Italian (it)
  • Punjabi (pa)
  • Tagalog (tl)
  • Chinese (Simplified) (zh)

How to enable closed captions

On a desktop computer:

Steps

  1. Begin by launching the training module you wish to complete.

  2. When you reach a video within the module, go to the bottom right side of the screen where you will see a ‘Captions’ button. This is where you can access the closed caption options. Screenshot 2024-09-03 at 12.22.58 PM.png
  3. Select your preferred language from the list. Once you select a language, the closed captions will appear on the screen in the language you selected.

Note: Closed captions are currently only available for training modules on our website. They are not available for modules on the Ausmed app.
