How do I edit my email or password?

To edit your email or password using the Ausmed Website or App, please follow these instructions -

• • Log in to your account 
    
    
  • Go to your Initials Icon or profile picture (top right-hand corner of the screen)
    
    
  • Select: Account Settings
    
    
    
    
• Next, select: Reset Password (toward the bottom-left hand side of your screen)
  
  
  
  
• Enter your new password (minimum of 6 characters)
• Select: Save New Password.

To edit your email or password using the Ausmed App, please follow these instructions -

• Once you are logged in, at the bottom right-hand side, select your Settings dashboard.
• Select the option from the Settings menu i.e. Reset Password or Profile Settings to update your email address. 
  
  
• Enter your new password (minimum of 6 characters) and re-enter your desired password.
• Click the green Save button.
  

Note: Once you have logged into the App, it will keep you logged in for 180 days, so long as you don't log out. Your password will sync and be updated on all devices.
