Not all of our online content awards you with a digital certificate. Only our Online Courses will automatically generate a digital certificate upon completion.
To access the certificates that have been uploaded or awarded:

Select: My Portfolio at the top of your screen

Select the relevant portfolio year

Select: Documented CPD

Select the relevant activity (that has the Evidence badge next to it)

When you're on the activity page, scroll down to the “Uploaded Evidence” section

Select: “COURSE.pdf file” to download or print

You can also upload your own evidence anytime by following these instructions
For any documented piece of learning, you may notice a paperclip icon as shown below. This signifies that the activity has a certificate or manually uploaded evidence connected to it.
