Viewing a policy in My Organisation

How to view a policy in My Organisation


  1. Log-in to
    Please note: You must use a web browser; you cannot view the policies within the App.

  2. Click on My Organisation in the top menu bar. 

  3. Click on Policy Library below the top menu bar.

  4. View a list of your organisation's policies. 

    Tip: If you're looking for a particular policy, enter the name of the policy in the search bar to refine the list of policies that match your search terms. You can also click Filter by Standard and/or Filter by Topic to refine the list of policies tagged to particular topics or standards. 

  5. Click on the title of a policy, or click View or Acknowledge

    NoteAcknowledge indicates the policy requires acknowledgement, while View indicates it doesn't need to be acknowledged.  

  6. View the policy, including:
    1. The policy file - the document that contains the policy content. 

      Tip: Explore the document tools, including the download and print buttons. 

    2. First Created - the date the policy was first added to Ausmed. 
    3. Updated - the date the policy was last updated. 
    4. Additional Documents - a list of additional documents attached to the policy. 
    5. Standards - the standards tagged to the policy. 
    6. Topics - the topics tagged to the policy.

Note: A checkbox will appear at the bottom of the page for policies that require acknowledgement.
