How to cancel your free trial and ongoing Ausmed subscription

Cancelling your free trial and ongoing subscription is a self-managed process, please follow the below instructions.

  1. Log in to your account, then click on your Initials icon or profile picture on the top-right hand side of your screen, you'll see options from a drop-down menu - please let us know if you need assistance logging in. 
  2. You'll see a green button labelled 'Your subscription is active.' Click this and you'll be taken to your Subscription settings, click the black button labelled​​ 'Cancel Trial Subscription,' please see the below example. 

  • Follow all steps to the end and you will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation. 
  • Please ensure you log into our website as you cannot cancel your free trial/subscription via the App. 


Please Note: In line with our terms and conditions, if you do not cancel at least 24 hours before your transaction date, you will be debited for the subscription period.
