Download a certificate from your Portfolio

Certificates are available for most Ausmed courses and training modules, providing evidence that you have successfully completed an activity. This article explains how to download a certificate from your Portfolio on a desktop computer or via the Ausmed app.

Note: Access to certificates for Ausmed courses and training modules is granted only after you have documented an activity in your Portfolio. For instructions on how to document an activity, click here.

On a desktop computer:

1. Login to your account

2. Click "Portfolio" in the top menu

3. From the left-hand-side menu, find the CPD year when you completed the activity, and then click on "CPD Activities"

4. Next, navigate to the "Completed CPD" section, find the activity you would like the certificate for and click on the linked "Evidence" icon. Note: An activity must be documented to obtain a certificate and appear in the completed CPD list. Click here to learn more about documenting activities

5. Scroll to the "Uploaded Evidence" section and click on the attached .pdf file

  1. The certificate should open in a new tab. If it doesn't, ensure that pop-ups are enabled on your browser
  2. Click on the download or print icons located at the top right of the .pdf viewer to either save your certificate to your computer or print it

On the Ausmed app:

1. Login to your account

2. Click on "Portfolio" in the bottom menu

 

3. Scroll to locate the CPD year when you completed the activity, and then click on that year

4. Next, navigate to "Completed CPD", find and click on the name of the activity you would like the certificate for. Note: An activity must be documented to obtain a certificate and appear in the completed CPD list. Click here to learn more about documenting activities

5. Scroll to the "Evidence" section, then click on the attached .pdf file

5. Click "Open" to download the certificate to your device
